This program is meticulously designed to empower your leadership team with the tools and knowledge needed to understand and apply their individual Kolbe-A Index results within their roles and team dynamics. 

Over the course of 3 months, learners will participate in a deep-dive course combining the essential elements of sustainable change: Learning, Application, Reflection, Repeat.  Learners will take the Kolbe-A Index and receive a 1:1 Debrief on their results. Next, they will participate in a 4.5 hour interactive virtual or live training aimed at fostering a deep understanding of the Kolbe-A Index, enhancing problem-solving skills, refining communication strategies, and building stronger team cohesion, which is necessary for teams to be more innovative and aligned get strategy executed and achieve organizational goals. Finally, learners will participate in facilitated Peer Group Coaching Sessions to reflect on challenges and solutions of applying the strategies back at work.
