Mark Metoyer is a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant, trainer, and facilitator on the CFSS team.
His extensive experience includes 22 years of service in the US Coast Guard, where he served as the Director of Training, Atlantic Region and Training Team Manager at Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).
Mark designs and facilitates senior executive diversity management and organizational effectiveness seminars for corporations, government agencies, associations, and universities.
